If you are going to take advantage of career opportunities as they arise you have to learn to be different, to act differently and to think differently.

One of my favourite “think differently” quotes is “the people who are crazy enough to think they can change the world are the ones who do.” This translates into career speak as “the people who are crazy enough to think they can change their future career prospects are the ones who do.”

Don’t relax into complacency or as your years advance you may well become an “if only I’d ....” kind of person, full of regrets instead of inspirational memories of dreams realised. Never be afraid to think differently! #proteuscareermanagement #inspiration #personaldevelopment #mentoring
