PERSISTANCE GETS YOU THERE.

In managing your career, one of the more important attitudes to cultivate is that of persistence.

It is sought after by both recruiters and employers.

"Rome wasn't built in a day:"
"Patience is a virtue:"
"Never underestimate the power of persistence."

Review your achievements and then allocate them to different categories, but the categories should not be hard skills and knowledge areas, they should be attitudes and transferable soft skills.

Remember, it will be those achievements that illustrate your positive attitudes that will impress most at interview: persistence, tenacity and patience are three that are often critical to eventual success.
