I’ve spent 20 years in senior leadership roles, and the last 12 years dedicated to leadership coaching, capability development, and organisation transformation. As a PCC-certified coach (ICF, USA), I’ve coached 250+ CXOs, Founders, and senior leaders across India, SEA, and the Middle East helping them elevate their leadership, overcome internal barriers, and unlock the full potential of their organisations.
