Summary

I partner with small , medium and large organisations primarily in the Middle East ( GCC ) countries and in South India to help them achieve operational excellence and continuous improvement culture. With more than a decade of experience as a business excellence consultant, an industrial engineer, and a lean management practitioner, I have the skills and expertise to identify and eliminate operational losses, optimize business processes, and increase customer satisfaction and profitability.

I have worked with clients from various industries, such as manufacturing, retail, and healthcare, to introduce, train, guide, and support them in implementing operation excellence philosophies, such as lean management, business process re-engineering, and industrial engineering concepts and have successfully helped them to reduce operational costs, improve profit margins, enhance cash flows, streamline organizational structures, deliver consistent quality, and shorten lead times for their products and services.

I am also a turnaround Specialist and Change Manager with a proven record of restructuring loss-making organization and delivering significant profits; led the launch & assisted robotics company to develop a new business vertical in AI consulting combining with IOT, Robotics and Machine learning in Dubai for increased profit, productivity and staff engagement.
