101 - 500 Employees 2025 - CurrentThe GCC banking market doesn't forgive average. When I stepped into the pre-sales and PMO lead role at Wipro, I knew the only way to win was to own the entire pursuit — from the first whiteboard to the final boardroom presentation.
I led a 15-person cross-functional team through some of the most competitive tenders in the region — closing $15M in enterprise deals and winning 4 strategic pursuits, each exceeding $10M TCV, across Digital Transformation, Cloud Migration, and ERP Modernisation.
But closing deals was only half the job. I made sure what we sold, we could actually deliver — governing the handover between pre-sales and delivery, cutting friction by 40%, and embedding CBUAE and NESA compliance directly into our bid submissions.
